By placing an order, you confirm the shipping address is correct, the phone number reaches you, and that you are 18 or older. Prices, offers and availability shown at the time of checkout are the ones we honour.
Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store card / UPI credentials. Orders above ₹1,000 must be paid online (Cash on Delivery is disabled at that threshold).
Sent within 1–2 working days from our facility in APMC Market, Navi Mumbai. Free delivery on orders above ₹499. Delivery takes 2–7 working days depending on your pincode.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp (+91 81041 14545) within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund the amount. Because incense, ghee battis and sambrani are consumable articles, they cannot be returned after the seal is broken except for the reasons above.
Orders can be cancelled by WhatsApp until they leave our facility — usually within 24 hours of placing. Once dispatched, please refuse delivery instead, and we will refund on receipt of the parcel back at our warehouse.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
